The province of Buenos Aires launched a tax amnesty for the payment of provincial taxes. The program will be available from Monday, February 2, and includes installment plans of up to 60 installments for overdue or accrued obligations as of December 31, 2025. Taxpayers can opt for a lump sum payment or financing plans with an upfront payment. For general debts, the following terms have been established: 3 installments with no interest with a 5% down payment; 6 to 12 installments with a 1.5% monthly interest rate; and 15 to 24 installments with a 2.5% monthly interest rate. For debts in judicial proceedings or tax audits with a settlement, the financing terms provide for installments of up to 48 installments with rates and down payments similar to the general plans. Additionally, it was announced that the first due date for the Real Estate Tax will be in February 2026 and for the Vehicle Tax in March of the same year, under a monthly payment modality.
